Q What are the main application areas for your polyurethane (TPU) hoses?
A Our TPU hoses are used in agricultural irrigation, industrial dewatering, construction water supply, mining dewatering, oilfield water transfer, and firefighting. Their high-pressure durability lets them perform reliably in harsh environments.
-
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) delivers high strength, tensile performance, and toughness with outstanding abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and weather/aging resistance. It’s a stable, more eco-friendly choice. Compared with PVC and many rubbers, TPU offers better mechanical strength and weatherability, translating into longer service life.
-
TPU: Outstanding abrasion, hydrolysis, and weather resistance; lighter and more flexible; great for high-pressure, long runs, and frequent deployment. Typically higher cost.
NBR (NBR/PVC TTW): Excellent oil/fuel compatibility, strong mechanical durability, and cost-effective; temp/abrasion often a bit lower than TPU but superb for many industrial fluids.
How to choose: For high wear, outdoor, frequent reel/drag, go TPU. For oil/fuel service or tighter budgets, NBR is a smart choice. Share your duty cycle and media—we’ll guide you.
-
We offer a broad range from 2" to 20" ID (e.g., 2", 4", 6", 8"…20"). Ask our sales team for the technical datasheet to select exactly what you need.
-
Typical working pressure: 10–40 bar (≈150–600 psi), with some models (e.g., 12") rated up to 240 psi. Temperature range: –40 °C to 80 °C (–40 °F to 176 °F); select models operate down to –60 °C (–76 °F).
-
Basically our process is as below:
1. Requirements: You share specs, materials, colors, quantities → feasibility check.
2. Design & Quote: We propose a design and pricing; confirm and contract.
3. Samples (optional): We build and you test/approve.
4. Production: Mass production with in-process QC.
5. Delivery & Support: On-time shipment plus technical support.
-
Dimensions: length, ID, wall thickness
Colors: standard and custom colors
Packaging: pallet/reel, protective wrap, labels
Branding: custom logo/marking
Couplings: Victaulic, Camlock, Storz, flanges, etc.
-
Typically 2–4 weeks for a ~2,000 m order, depending on customization, quantity, and coupling set. Simple builds can ship in ~2 weeks; complex designs may need longer. We’ll give you a firm schedule and can prioritize rush orders.
-
We operate 6+ automated hose lines dedicated to layflat manufacturing. Monthly output is 50,000+ meters, and we can flex capacity based on your order size and timing.
-
Standard MOQ is 1,000 m (some models 500 m or 200 m). Lead time is typically 15–30 days; peak season may be ~30 days; large orders (>~5,000 m) may take 45+ days.
No-MOQ? For stock items or trial lengths, we can discuss small-lot shipments (surcharges may apply).
-
Certification: ISO 9001:2015 quality system
Testing: Three-stage QC; every coil is hydrostatically tested before shipment
Materials: Prime-grade TPU only (no off-spec/secondary resins)
Process control: Advanced extrusion and forming with in-process monitoring
-
Standard warranty is 12 months from receipt. Coverage is limited to hose quality defects (e.g., surface bulging/blistering due to material/workmanship), subject to photo/video evidence and mutual confirmation.
Exclusions:
① Improperly installed customer-supplied couplings causing bulging/leak near the fitting.
② Damage from terrain abrasion, puncture by sharp objects, or over-pressure/ misuse.
-
Yes. Sample pieces for testing are available; typical sample prices are around US$0.50 or US$3 depending on type/spec. Sample fees are creditable against your subsequent order. Freight is usually collect.
-
We offer Storz (German), Victaulic, face-seal, clamp couplings, and flanges.
Storz: Fast connect/disconnect; great for irrigation and temporary runs. Check pressure and media compatibility.
Victaulic: Easy assembly, handles higher pressures; common for industrial water, long runs, shale water transfer.
Face-seal: Excellent sealing at high pressure; suited to hydraulic/pneumatic fluids.
Clamp coupling: Simple, economical for low-pressure drainage/ventilation (match hose ID).
Flange: Rigid, high-pressure/high-temp; best for large-diameter systems.
Share your pressure, media, environment, and hose spec—we’ll recommend the safest pick.
-
Small ID (<100 mm): Coils/reels with film + cartons—easy to store/ship. Medium ID (100–200 mm): Coils on pallets or reel frames with cushioning. Large ID (>200 mm): Coils on pallets or frames for rigidity and scuff protection. All packages are labeled and can be customized.
